Property enquiries

The form collects your name, email address, telephone number and message. Your enquiry and the time of your acknowledgement are stored in FRAGEST’s Odoo CRM for authorised staff to handle. The processing is intended to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, take steps towards a contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting

The fragest.lu website is hosted on a virtual server (vServer) located in Germany, rented by FRAGEST SARL from STRATO.

Recipients

Enquiries are accessible to the person responsible at FRAGEST SARL and only to authorised staff members responsible for handling them. They are not forwarded to property owners. Technical providers involved in hosting or delivering enquiries are described below. FRAGEST’s email mailboxes are hosted on the same virtual server rented from STRATO in Germany. Enquiries received through the website are recorded in Odoo on the FRAGEST server.

Retention

Data relating to property enquiries that do not lead to a rental or sale are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact initiated by the person concerned, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and may withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Send requests to contact@fragest.lu. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD at cnpd.public.lu. Additional proof of identity may be requested only where necessary and proportionate to verify your identity.

Fields marked as mandatory are necessary to handle your request through the form. Without this information, we may be unable to respond. Please do not send sensitive documents with a simple information enquiry.

Form security uses Cloudflare Turnstile and, where enabled and authorised by you, Google reCAPTCHA. Technical data is processed by these providers. You can contact FRAGEST directly by email or telephone instead of using the form.
