Property enquiries

The form collects your name, email address, telephone number and message. It sends your enquiry by email to the person responsible for the property, through SMTP2GO. The processing is intended to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, take steps towards a contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting

The fragest.lu website is hosted on a virtual server (vServer) located in Germany, rented by FRAGEST SARL from STRATO.

Recipients

Enquiries are accessible to the person responsible at FRAGEST SARL and only to authorised staff members responsible for handling them. They are not forwarded to property owners. Technical providers involved in hosting or delivering enquiries are described below. FRAGEST’s email mailboxes are hosted on the same virtual server rented from STRATO in Germany. Enquiries received through the website are not recorded in Odoo. SMTP2GO separately handles delivery of form emails.

Retention

Data relating to property enquiries that do not lead to a rental or sale are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact initiated by the person concerned, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Providers and transfers

SMTP2GO delivers emails; Google reCAPTCHA is subject to the visitor’s choice.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and may withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Send requests to Show email address. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD at cnpd.public.lu. Additional proof of identity may be requested only where necessary and proportionate to verify your identity.

External services and cookies

SMTP2GO transmits form emails. With your consent, Google reCAPTCHA helps protect against automated submissions. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Providers’ information about processing locations and transfer mechanisms is available in the SMTP2GO privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.

You can accept, reject or withdraw consent to optional services through the website’s cookie controls. See our cookie policy. You can also contact us directly by email or telephone without enabling reCAPTCHA.
