Our Team
Marc FRANTZ
Marc oversees real estate assets, handling corporate structuring, construction, and property management. He has a distinguished background in the Luxembourgish legal and judicial system.
He holds Master's degrees in Private Law and European Banking and Finance Law.
Marc is a native Luxembourgish speaker who is also proficient in English and French and speaks German at a native level.
Agency Fees
- Property Sales: The commission fee is up to 3% of the selling price, plus 17% VAT.
- Property Rentals: The commission fee is equivalent to one month's rent, plus 17% VAT. Agency fees to be shared equally (50/50) between landlords and tenants in case of a residential lease.
